SHIPPING POLICYÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for both bat and balls)
- Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) after receipt of payment.
- They are shipped via India Post / Reputed National Courier Services which provide tracking services. We will provide customers with a link to track the package online.
- For international shipping, packages are dispatched within 2-7 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) after receipt of payment. Shipments are handled by reliable international shipping partners, and tracking details are shared after the dispatch.
- Customers normally get the parcel within 7 to 10 days, depending on the volume of order.
- Shipping fees includes handling & packing fees as well as the postage costs.
- Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise the customer to group his items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- Boxes are amply sized and the items are well-protected.
- Our courier partners deliver the shipment to the customer during working days from Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM (broadly speaking).
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as the package is shipped, we email / WhatsApp the customer the package tracking information.
PRODUCT WARRANTYÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- We at V4 Victory always aim to provide unsurpassed and quality products to our customers. Every cricket bat of ours is first selected from the finest Kashmir Willow of relevant grade and then crafted into a bat.
- Wood is a natural product and sometimes few irregularities can be expected as a routine matter.
- The weight of a cricket bat can fluctuate depending on the weather conditions due to the hygroscopic nature of willow. So, final weights may vary at the time of delivery.
- The number of grains mentioned in various bat categories is tentative in nature and can vary depending on the cleft we receive. Smaller sized bats may have fewer grains than what is mentioned.
- The pickup and ping of a cricket bat is a very subjective topic and varies from person to person.
- In case of partial knocking or full knocking of bats, minor cracks on the face, toe or edges of a bat are normal and will not be considered a valid reason for replacement. Please remember that the knocking process involves a significant number of hard knocks which may lead to some superficial cracks on the surface of the bat. These cracks are normal and are a sign of a good knocked-in bat.
- All warranty claims are thoroughly assessed by our team so that necessary steps are taken to help you in every way we can.
THINGS THAT WE COVER IN WARRANTY Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- Manufacturing fault in fixing the bat handle into the blade, i.e., the bat handle is not fixed properly / firmly, then we will REPLACE THE HANDLE (applicable for one year / 365 days from receiving the bat by the customer).
- In case the handle of the bat breaks, then we will replace the bat handle (applicable for one year / 365 days from receiving the bat). Please note that for this warranty to be claimed, please ensure that only the handle is broken and no other part (shoulder) is affected.
REMEMBERÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- To claim this warranty, the customer has to send / ship the bat to us at his own expense. The customer is required to provide us with courier tracking details and cooperate with us in collecting the package. We are not responsible for any loss that may occur during transit.
- After receiving the package, our team of experts will thoroughly check the product to validate customer’s warranty claims. Customers may be contacted by our warranty department during this process.
- In case the complaint is found valid, we will change the bat handle free of cost, and send the repaired bat to the customer. The expenses of sending the repaired bat to the customer will be borne by us.
- The entire time required to process the warranty claim can take around 10-14 days before the product is shipped to the customer. This time period starts after the product sent by the customer reaches us.
- Please note that in case the warranty product is out of stock, the customer has to wait till the product is stocked again.
- In case the bat is out of production and is no longer in our product line up, we will ship a similar product to the customer.
THINGS THAT ARE NOT COVERED IN WARRANTYÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- Damage due to improper use, bad shots, poor timing, playing at edges, or playing a yorker at toes.
- Poorly prepared (Oiled & Knocked) bats or bats with any modifications.
- Damage that occurs due to extreme weather conditions, i.e., extreme moisture or extreme heat.
- Water-damaged bats, i.e., by playing at damp pitches.
- The damage done by the use of non-leather balls, bowling machine balls, or composite balls. Repetitive and excessive use of a bowling machine can severely decrease a bat’s lifespan. We recommend you be mindful of the amount of use your new bat receives from a bowling machine within its first 6 months of purchase.
NOTEÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- You, as a customer, CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER THE PAYMENT has been made by you.
- The look / appearance of the bat keeps on changing after every game and it is not supposed to remain new forever, rather it deteriorates over time. It is not a lifetime product; its life depends upon the frequency and proper way of usage.
- A small crack is a normal phenomenon and it does not undermine the performance of the bat. Cracking is not a sign of a faulty bat, but an indication that your bat requires further oiling & knocking in. Bats with cracks and other slight problems are to be repaired locally.
STEPS FOR PROCESSING A REPLACEMENT CLAIM Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for bats only)
- For any replacement related issues, kindly WhatsApp us at +91-9084319399. Please keep in mind to include your order ID and pictures / video of the damaged product.
- After approval from our replacement department, the customer has to ship the product to us. The customer is required to provide us with courier tracking details and cooperate with us in collecting the package. We are not responsible for any loss that may occur during transit.
- After receiving the package, our team of experts will thoroughly check the product to validate your replacement claims. The customer may be contacted by our replacement department during this process.
- If the claims are found to be valid, the bat will be replaced and shipped to the customer.
FOR CRICKET BALLSÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â (for balls only)
- Cricket Balls (both Leather and Tennis) once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sales of all the cricket balls are FINAL and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, refunds or exchanges.
