Shipping & Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) after receipt of payment.
They are shipped via India Post / Reputed National Courier Services which provide tracking services. We will provide customers with a link to track the package online.
For international shipping, packages are dispatched within 2-7 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) after receipt of payment. Shipments are handled by reliable international shipping partners, and tracking details are shared after the dispatch.
Customers normally get the parcel within 7 to 10 days, depending on the volume of order.
Shipping fees includes handling & packing fees as well as the postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise the customer to group his items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and the items are well-protected.
Our courier partners deliver the shipment to the customer during working days from Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM (broadly speaking).
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
